We connect business and technology

Turn manual data handoffs into a working workflow.

We help you find where AI will genuinely change how your business works. Then we build the solution, roll it out and train your team to use it.

Leverage Labs connects business tools into one workflow. Example integrations appear on both sides.

Why AI

These figures show results from two experiments and reports from businesses using generative AI. They are not Leverage Labs results or a guarantee of your outcome. Whether automation makes sense for your business depends on analysing a specific workflow. Time-related results should not be added together.

What an agent does

An agent works through the steps of a task across connected business tools. Explore three illustrative workflows, from receiving a message or document to taking action in a system and a human decision.

From finding the problem to a team ready to work differently.

  1. Audit

Outlook, Excel, WAPRO and KSeF source menu over a process map.

We learn your workflow and agree a small initial scope. You receive a workflow map, risks and acceptance criteria.

  2. Plan

Proposal sheet: scope, obscured estimate and timeline; a comment about agreeing scope before building.

Before development, you receive the scope, estimate and work plan.We discuss changes before carrying them out.

  3. Implementation

Outlook, WAPRO, Livespace and Fakturownia connected to a ready agent.

We connect the solution to the systems you already use.We test successive versions, including errors and missing data.

  4. Training

Training player and checklist: daily tasks, recognising errors and own decisions.

We train your team and provide instructions.Ongoing support scope and costs are agreed separately.

Process audit

One process. A concrete implementation plan.

Two meetings and a report within five working days: the current process cost, what to automate, an implementation quote and a schedule.

We map users, data sources, decisions, exceptions and constraints. We choose a small initial scope.

The audit has a fixed price, shared during a 20-minute call. The audit price is deducted from implementation.

Data and ownership

Before starting, we agree on an NDA, code ownership transfer and data processing terms. Code and data remain with the client. We agree on deployment in the client’s cloud, minimum permissions and logs, and a DPA on request. The API provider’s terms on not using data to train models must be verified before selecting the service.

  • Process map

Users, data sources, decisions, exceptions and constraints.

  • First implementation scope

We choose a small initial scope.

  • Quote

An implementation quote and a schedule.

FAQ

Questions before our first call

Working together

How do we start working together?

We start with a 20-minute call about the process you want to improve. We discuss the problem and the audit before pricing the implementation.

What do I get from a process audit?

The audit covers one process and two meetings, with a report prepared in 5 working days. You receive a process map, an assessment of current work costs, data sources and risks, and a proposed initial scope. The report also includes acceptance criteria, a quote and an implementation schedule.

How do I know whether AI fits my process?

During the audit, we assess what is worth improving and whether there is a business case. We examine data, exceptions and constraints, then propose a small initial scope. You do not need technical vocabulary to tell us about the problem.

Costs and timing

How much does the audit cost?

The audit of one process has a fixed price, which we share during the 20-minute call. The audit price is deducted from the implementation price.

What determines the implementation price?

We prepare a quote after the audit for a specific scope. We account for the process, required integrations, data sources, exceptions and constraints.

How long do the audit and implementation take?

The audit includes two meetings and a report in 5 working days. We define the build and implementation schedule for the selected scope and include it in the audit report.

Integrations

Do you need to replace the systems we already use?

We integrate with the systems your company already uses. During the audit, we assess how to connect them and identify the limitations of your current tools.

What if there is no ready-made integration for our system?

When there is no ready-made integration, we build a custom one. We define its scope after reviewing the systems, data and technical constraints.

Data and security

How will we agree on protecting company data?

Confidentiality and data-processing terms need to be agreed in the contract for each project. The selected providers’ terms and the required agreements must be verified before working with data.

Will I own the solution?

We build software and AI agents on your data, for you to own. The details of rights to code and data need to be agreed in the contract.
