Training

Your team has access to AI but lacks a shared way to use it at work.

What we do

We run practical exercises using the tasks and tools people encounter every day. Participants practise giving instructions, checking answers and recognising situations where a person should make the decision.

  • Workshops built around a selected team workflow.
  • Exercises with tools chosen for the business, such as Microsoft 365 or AI assistants.
  • Working instructions and a discussion of data-use rules.

TODO — owner: confirm data access, NDA and code ownership terms before publication (#65).

An example of an agent at work

A practice example: checking the agent’s draft reply and making a human decision before sending. See the demonstration on our home page.

This is a workflow demonstration, not a client result.

Audit

We learn your workflow and agree a small initial scope. You receive a workflow map, risks and acceptance criteria.

Plan

Before development, you receive the scope, estimate and work plan.We discuss changes before carrying them out.

Implementation

We connect the solution to the systems you already use.We test successive versions, including errors and missing data.

Training

We train your team and provide instructions.Ongoing support scope and costs are agreed separately.

Start with an audit of one workflow

One workflow, two meetings and a report within five working days: current cost, what to automate, an estimate and a timeline. The audit has a fixed price, discussed during a 20-minute call. Its price is deducted from implementation.
